Fantastic Flame Screensaver
This nifty screensaver sets your desktop ablaze! When you fire up Fantastic Flame Screensaver (no pun intended), each item on your desktop - including icons and all open windows - will appear to catch on fire, glowing and emitting a smoke effect. Also, plenty of backgrounds (zodiac signs, some movie and game posters, etc.) are included. For example, you can bring an awsome burning BIOHAZARD sign onto your display!
The crackling and popping sounds and chimes that accompany the screensaver are very nice! There are several fire sounds to choose from. Also, you can set your favorite music for playing in background.
Fantastic Flame Screensaver has many very different self-explanatory colorful flame styles, such as: Wood, Petroleum, Thermovisor, Propane, Hypericin, Metallic Ice, Copper Oxide, Orchid and many others (more than 70 in total!).
Finally, Fantastic Flame has the Random Flame Style - you'll never get tired of watching!
Using the 'ENTER' key, you can even capture a picture of your burning desktop. You can adjust the fire parameters, turn on and off flame sound and music, load flame styles and backgrounds on-the-fly without exiting the screensaver!
The feature-packed, well-organized Preferences window lets you adjust the flame palette, speed, spires length and flame intensity, wind direction, and flame fadeout on exit.
Specially for Pyromaniacs, this program includes a Fantastic Flame Agent. This feature allows you to launch Fantastic Flame Screensaver anytime you want by double-clicking on a small flame icon in the System Tray or by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F hotkey.
We think this screensaver is worth downloading for the novelty value alone, but should be worth buying just to hear your friends say: Oh, your desktop is BURNING!
Эта программа создает эффект пламени на рабочем столе. Когда Fantastic Flame в прямом смысле слова зажигается, десктоп охватывают языки огня. Важно то, что во-первых, пылают сами элементы рабочего стола (окна, иконки, панель задач), и во-вторых, можно менять как угодно цветовую палитру пламени (вот почему программа называется Fantastic Flame, а не иначе). Кроме рабочего стола, вы можете "зажечь" любое другое изображение. Плюс в комплекте идет множество готовых бэкграундов (знаки зодиака, постеры из игр и фильмов и пр.). Например, можно поставить на рабочий стол ужасный горящий символ BIOHAZARD.
Дистрибутив скринсейвера содержит более 70 стилей пламени. Вот некоторые из них: Wood, Golden Embossing, Thermovisor, Aspid. Названия говорят сами за себя! Само собой, можно легко создать свой собственный вид огня.
Kроме фантастической составляющей (палитры), стиль пламени имеет еще и земные параметры, такие как интенсивность и направление ветра. Кстати, в любой момент можно сделать скриншот горящего десктопа, достаточно просто нажать клавишу 'ENTER' прямо в скринсейвере! Да, еще можно быстро запустить скринсейвер либо с помощью иконки в трее, либо нажав Ctrl+Alt+F. (Если вы не пироманьяк и не собираетесь никого пугать, функцию можно отключить).
Отличным дополнением является фоновый звук. Это шум и потрескивание костра (несколько видов), красивый звон колокольчиков, ну и, конечно, музыка, установленная пользователем. Впрочем, если вы не любитель медитаций под аудиосопровождение, программа позволяет сделать звук потише или выключить совсем.
Можно настроить под себя способ и частоту смены стилей, способ выхода - с красивым затуханием (для лириков и романтиков) или без (для быстрых и решительных).
Интерфейс программы - просто прелесть. Очень красивый и продуманный.
Вот, в принципе, и все, что можно сказать словами о Fantastic Flame. Этот скринсейвер - один из лучших, поэтому дальше нужно только смотреть самому! Для exUSSR программа бесплатна!!!
